All Departure luggages adopts Travel Sentry approved TSA accepted combination locks.
TSA accepted locks allows your luggage to be safely opened by authorities using universal master keys, speeds up the inspection process and prevents unwanted damage to your luggage.
Step 1. Set dials to factory preset combination 0-0-0
Step 2. Open the lock by pressing down on the button on the side of the lock. The lock will be released.
Step 3. Turn to the back of the lock to find a tab, push it to “SET” mode.
Step 4. Set the dials to your desired personal combination. Make sure to write down your combination for reference. Once set, we will not be able to reset it for you.
Step 5. Secure the lock by pushing the tab on the back of the lock back to “OFF” mode.
Please note that this lock may be opened by transport security agencies (ie. TSA agents) utilising a secured access device which is independent from your personal combination.

Step 2. Open the lock by pushing the TSA access slider in the direction of arrow. Both zipper pulls will pop open.
Step 3. Using a pen, push the switch down (located to the RIGHT of the combination dial)until it clicks.
Step 4. Set the dials to your desired personal combination. Make sure to write down your combination for reference. Once set, we will not be reset it for you.
